Meet Emily T.
Yoga Teacher
Emily has been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2013. She fell in love with yoga after taking her first class, and it has continued to be an essential part of her life ever since. She loves the physicality of the practice, the connection of breath and movement, and the peace of mind she feels during and after practicing.
Emily completed a 200 hour teacher training to become a certified teacher in 2013 and has completed thousands of hours of continuing education, including a year long apprenticeship program with world renowned yoga teachers and training with a chiropractic doctor. She has experience working with all levels and abilities from professional athletes to seniors, to individuals with severe injuries and chronic pain.
Emily draws from her experience with different styles of yoga to create classes suitable for all levels. She enjoys getting to know her students and offering hands on assists and personalized instruction to fit each individual’s unique body and mind.
Emily is passionate about healthy living and overall wellness. She loves sharing her experience and knowledge to help people learn about their bodies, reach their potential, and achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Emily continues to experience all the amazing benefits that come from yoga practice and healthy living, and it brings her great joy to share this with others.
