All classes at Moonflower are open to all levels and designed to meet you where you are. If you’re newer to yoga, we often recommend starting with ALIGN (Foundations), NOURISH (Yin + Slow Flow), or UNWIND + RESTORE (Yin + Restorative).

It’s completely normal to feel nervous when trying something new. Moonflower is designed to be a welcoming, compassionate, and non-intimidating space for all experience levels.

You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is not about achieving a certain shape or level of flexibility — it’s about building awareness, strength, balance, and connection over time.

No. All Moonflower classes are offered at room temperature.

We use the Momence platform for all bookings. To get started, click here and book a class by clicking “Book Now.” Then create an account or login to your existing Momence account. Complete the purchase process and you’re signed up for your first class at Moonflower!
Once you create your Momence account and book your first class at Moonflower, we highly recommend using the Momence mobile app to book future classes and manage your bookings and account. The Momence app is available for iOS and Android.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring water if you'd like.

We offer complimentary use of yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, yoga straps, and eye pillows to support a comfortable and grounded practice. Our studio is thoughtfully stocked with high-quality props from trusted brands like Manduka and Hugger Mugger, and all props are cleaned after each use using eco-conscious, plant-based cleaning products — including our popular in-house made yoga mat spray. We also offer complimentary purified water and herbal tea, featuring blends from Milwaukee-based Rishi Tea & Botanicals alongside in-house tea blends to help you settle in and feel at home.

Restrooms are located on the first floor and shared with neighboring businesses. To help maintain the space for all, we kindly ask students to arrive dressed for class. Please note that showers and dedicated changing rooms are not available.

Yes, there is ample free parking in the lot out front of our building.

Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time. We recommend arriving approximately 10–15 minutes before class.

For the safety and flow of class, studio doors may be locked shortly after class begins. You can review our full Studio Policies here.

Pre-registration is highly recommended, as space is limited.

We strongly recommend to stay for the entirety of the class, including savasana (final resting pose). If you do need to leave early, please let your teacher know before class begins and plan to leave before savasana.

If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be notified through the booking system and given the option to join class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.

Unless otherwise specified, all yoga classes, workshops, events, and appointments are for adults 18 years or older. Students 16 and 17 years are welcome in class if accompanied by a parent/guardian, or with written permission from a parent/guardian. Please reach out to info@moonflowerbk.com if you have a child younger than 16 years old that would like to attend a group yoga class at Moonflower Studio; we review these requests on a case by case basis.

Yes. Moonflower offers BLOOM (Prenatal), a prenatal yoga class designed to support strength, mobility, relaxation, and connection throughout pregnancy.

Prenatal students are encouraged to attend BLOOM (Prenatal). If attending a non-prenatal class, please let your teacher know before class that you are expecting and consult your healthcare provider beforehand.
Healing Arts Sessions

At Moonflower, our healing arts offerings are designed to meet you where you are and support balance through movement, energy, lifestyle, breath, and self-inquiry. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, grounding, clarity, nervous system support, or deeper connection to self, we recommend beginning with a complimentary Clarity Call to explore which offerings — including Ayurveda, Reiki, astrology, meditation, breathwork, or private yoga — may best support your current season of life.

Yes. We offer a variety of Hybrid Sessions which combine multiple modalities. Depending on your goals, your practitioner may recommend a Personalized Hybrid Session to integrate multiple supportive practices.

Classes and sessions can be booked online through our booking platform, Momence.
We highly recommend using the Momence mobile app to manage your bookings, available on iOS and Android. For ease, any directions referenced within this section are based on the mobile app experience.

You can manage your bookings on Momence. To cancel a booking, Log in to your account > Tap "Cancel" under the class in "Upcoming for you."

The easiest way to move a reservation is by canceling your initial booking and re-booking the new date. As long as you cancel within the cancellation window, the credit will be returned to your account.
