CONNECT is a slow, intentional flow designed to quiet the mind and deepen your connection to the body. This class builds strength and resilience through mindful movement, including balancing postures, twists, forward folds, and breathwork to anchor you in the present moment.

UNWIND + RESTORE blends the stillness of yin yoga with the deep rest of restorative practice for a nurturing, meditative experience. With the use of props throughout, you'll ease into longer-held yin poses to target specific areas and settle into restorative shapes that invite profound relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
