For the safety and flow of class, studio doors may be locked shortly after class begins.

Please remove shoes before entering the studio space.

Moonflower maintains a no photography or video recording policy during class to honor the privacy of students.

If you are feeling sick, please stay home and rest.

Moonflower and its instructors reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if client behavior compromises safety, respect, or boundaries.

Regular weekly yoga classes may be canceled up to two (2) hours before class start time without penalty.

Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class time) result in forfeiting your class credit or a $5 late cancellation fee for Unlimited Members.

No shows result in forfeiting your class credit or a $10 no show fee for Unlimited Members.

Memberships are billed to the card on file. You can change care on file on your Momence account.

Moonflower’s Healing Arts offerings are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Healing arts sessions may be canceled 48 hours prior to session start with no penalty.

Healing arts sessions canceled within 48 to 24 hours of session start time are subject to a fee equal to 25% of service fee.

Healing arts sessions canceled within 24 hours of session start time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of service fee.

No shows for healing arts sessions will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Security cameras may be placed in public-facing areas of the studio for safety and security purposes.
