Meet Sineigh
Yoga Teacher
Sineigh teaches yoga as a practice of returning to the body. In a culture that often encourages disconnection, her classes invite students to slow down, tune in, and reconnect through breath, sensation, and nervous system awareness.
Rooted in a somatic, trauma-informed approach, Sineigh’s teaching prioritizes internal experience over external form. With an emphasis on choice, autonomy, and self-trust, students are encouraged to move at their own pace, honor their boundaries, and explore what feels honest in their bodies. Her classes create a space for safe, inclusive exploration where performance softens and curiosity leads.
Over time, students may notice subtle changes in how they relate to themselves, respond to stress, and move through life with greater clarity, agency, and trust. This practice supports students in liberating themselves from external expectations and coming back into relationship with themselves—learning to trust what they find.
