Meet Elisabeth K.
Yoga Teacher
My interest in yoga began when I was a teenager, but over the past year I have truly committed to making it a regular part of my life. As my practice deepened, I was drawn to yoga’s ability to calm and regulate the central nervous system. As someone who has struggled with mental health, yoga has brought me healing and truly changed my life.
I am passionate about connecting movement, breath, and mindfulness. My favorite style of yoga is a slow vinyasa flow, combining the asanas with meditative aspects of yoga. My goal is to allow space to build strength and flexibility while also cultivating presence, inner awareness, and a deeper sense of calm. I received my 200-hour certification through Tribal Yoga School.
In my free time I love to spend as much time as I can outdoors with my husband and three dogs. Summer is my favorite season, and I love being by the water. I’m also a gardening enthusiast.
