Yoga, Pranayama, + Meditation
Moonflower’s private yoga offerings provide personalized support through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. Sessions are thoughtfully adapted to meet your individual needs and may focus on strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, injury support, pelvic floor health, or deepening your overall practice.
Classical Yoga
A classical yoga session offers a balanced and supportive approach to building or deepening your practice.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include movement, breath awareness, and rest. Emphasis is placed on alignment, steady pacing, and cultivating awareness within the body.
This approach is well-suited for those looking to establish a consistent practice, refine technique, or explore yoga in a more personalized and intentional way.
Adaptive Yoga
Adaptive yoga provides personalized support for those navigating injury, pain, or physical limitations.
Sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are, using gentle movement, supportive modifications, and pacing that allows for safety and ease. The focus is on reducing discomfort, improving strength and mobility, and building confidence in the body over time.
This approach creates a space where movement feels accessible, supportive, and sustainable.
Ayurvedic Yoga
Ayurvedic yoga integrates the principles of Ayurveda with a personalized yoga practice.
Sessions are designed to support your current state of balance, taking into account your constitution, any imbalances, and seasonal influences. Movement, breath, and rest are adapted accordingly to create a practice that feels grounding, energizing, or stabilizing as needed.
This approach is especially supportive as a continuation of Ayurvedic work, helping to embody and integrate lifestyle recommendations through movement. Please note, this session requires an Ayurveda Intake Session to be completed first

Pranayama (Breathwork)
A pranayama session is an opportunity to explore the breath as a pathway to regulation, awareness, and balance.
Each session begins with gentle, supportive movement to help situate the body and create ease before transitioning into guided breathwork practices. Techniques are introduced gradually and adapted to meet your individual needs. Each session concludes a short reflection on the practice, and suggestions to integrate breathwork into daily life.
Pranayama can support nervous system regulation, grounding, and clarity, and may be especially helpful during times of stress, transition, or fatigue.
Meditation
A meditation session offers a quiet space to cultivate awareness, presence, and inner stillness.
We begin with gentle movement to settle the body and release excess tension, creating the conditions for a more comfortable and supported seated or resting practice. From there, you’ll be guided through meditation techniques that encourage observation, compassion, and ease. Each session concludes a short reflection on the practice, and suggestions to integrate meditation into daily life.
Meditation can support emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to self over time.
Ayurveda Wellness Coaching
Ayurveda is a holistic system of wellness that supports balance through lifestyle, daily rhythms, digestion, and self-awareness. Moonflower’s Ayurvedic offerings provide personalized guidance designed to help you better understand your constitution, current imbalances, and practical ways to support long-term well-being.
Ayurveda Intake Session
An Ayurveda consultation offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to understanding your current state of balance.
During this session, we explore areas such as digestion, daily routines, sleep, stress, and overall lifestyle patterns. From this, individualized recommendations are offered to help restore balance and support long-term well-being.
This work is both practical and holistic, providing tools that can be integrated into everyday life.

Follow-up sessions provide continued support as you integrate Ayurvedic recommendations into your daily life.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic restoration. Sessions are designed to create space for the body and nervous system to soften, settle, and restore.

During the session, you’ll rest comfortably while light touch or hands placed just above the body are used to support energetic flow. Many people experience a sense of calm, warmth, or subtle release.

Crystal Reiki Energy Healing
A Reiki Energy Healing session that includes a Chakra Stone Set used during your session. This Chakra Stone Set enhances balance, alignment of your chakras, and is attuned to your energy. You will take home your newly aligned chakra stones after the service.
Western Astrology
Hybrid sessions integrate multiple modalities to create a more personalized and supportive experience. These sessions are designed collaboratively with your practitioner and may combine yoga, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, or other supportive practices depending on your needs.
Initial Astrology Reading
An astrology reading offers insight into your unique patterns, cycles, and areas of growth.
Through exploring your birth chart and current transits, this session provides a framework for understanding your experiences with greater clarity and perspective.
