In this special New Moon Yoga workshop, you’ll be guided through:
Yin yoga poses that focus on the hips and heart, guiding your body and mind toward renewal
Reflective journaling sessions to release and set intentions
Sound healing using sound therapy instruments and singing
Aromatherapy to enhance relaxation and mindfulness
Whether you’re seeking yoga for stress relief, guided journaling, or a deeper connection to lunar cycles, this practice offers mindfulness, self-discovery, and renewal under the energy of the New Moon.

Moonflower’s Ayurvedic Living Circle is a monthly gathering rooted in community care and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. Join Katie—Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Owner to Moonflower—and a supportive local circle on the second Wednesday of each month to explore how aligning your daily rhythms with the natural flow of the seasons can support balance, vitality, and overall well-being.
Each gathering offers simple, practical tools for seasonal living, including food choices, daily and seasonal routines, and self-care practices designed to help you adapt as nature shifts around us. Thoughtful conversation and reflective space invite you to deepen your awareness of how seasonal rhythms impact your body, mind, and energy.
