THRIVE (Seasonal Flow)

UNWIND (Yin)
UNWIND is a meditative yin practice that gently opens the body and calms the mind. Using floor-based poses held for 1 to 5 minutes, this class targets the fascia and connective tissues to support circulation, joint mobility, and deep release. Props are offered throughout to support your body and make each pose accessible. With a focus on slowing down, UNWIND creates space to ease tension and invite inner stillness.

RESTORE (Restorative)
RESTORE is a calming and supportive practice designed to soothe the nervous system and reconnect mind, body, and spirit. This practice encourages stillness, spaciousness, and a profound sense of ease.
