Ayurveda Wellness Intake — 75 minutes
A full lifestyle and mind-body analysis rooted in traditional principles.
We explore:
Detailed dosha constitution + current imbalances
Digestion & elimination patterns
Sleep quality & nervous system tendencies
Energy, mood, stress, cycle health and/or chronic concerns
Food, routine, and movement patterns
Includes:
